2. Types of Messages We Send

Messages sent through our SMS program may include, but are not limited to:

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services and where you are in the qualification process. You may receive:

We will endeavor to keep messaging to a reasonable frequency relevant to your situation. We do not engage in high-frequency promotional text blasts. Our communications are service-oriented and tied to your specific debt relief inquiry.

4. Costs & Carrier Fees

TrustedDebtHelp.org does not charge you for text messages. However, message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier's plan. Standard messaging rates from your carrier will apply to messages you send and receive.

If you are unsure about your messaging plan, please contact your wireless carrier before opting in. TrustedDebtHelp.org is not responsible for charges incurred by your wireless carrier.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

To stop receiving text messages from TrustedDebtHelp.org at any time, reply:

to any message we have sent you. You will receive one final confirmation message and will be unsubscribed immediately.

After opting out, you will no longer receive automated marketing or informational SMS messages from TrustedDebtHelp.org. You may still receive a single response if you send us a text message after opting out, but we will not continue to send you messages after that point.

Note on re-opting in: If you opt out and later wish to receive messages again, you may re-enroll by texting START to our number or by submitting a new inquiry through our website with your phone number and indicating consent to SMS.

Our SMS program is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint/T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Straight Talk, Cricket Wireless, and others.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission and the capabilities of your device and network provider.

8. Privacy & Data Use

We take the privacy of your mobile number and personal information seriously. Your mobile phone number will be used solely for the purposes described in these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number may be shared with our vetted debt relief partners strictly to facilitate your qualification and enrollment in debt relief services.

9. Changes to These Terms

TrustedDebtHelp.org reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by sending an SMS message to active subscribers and/or updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued receipt and response to messages following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
