Do Not Call Policy

1. Our Commitment to Your Privacy

TrustedDebtHelp.org respects the privacy of all consumers and is committed to complying with the National Do Not Call Registry, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and all applicable state laws governing telephone solicitation.

We maintain an internal Do Not Call list and honor all requests promptly. We do not engage in aggressive or deceptive calling practices.

2. The National Do Not Call Registry

The National Do Not Call Registry is maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Consumers may register their phone numbers at www.donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222.

TrustedDebtHelp.org and its partners scrub calling lists against the National Do Not Call Registry. However, you may still be contacted in certain circumstances, including:

• If you have provided express written consent to be contacted (see our TCPA Consent)
• If you have an established business relationship with us or our partners (generally within 18 months of your last transaction or inquiry)
• If you made an inbound inquiry within the past 3 months

3. Our Internal Do Not Call List

In addition to the National Do Not Call Registry, we maintain our own internal Do Not Call list. Once your number is added to our internal list, we will not call you for telemarketing purposes for a minimum of 5 years (or longer, as required by applicable law).

To be added to our internal Do Not Call list:

• Call us at (888) 458-3227 and state that you wish to be placed on our Do Not Call list
• Email us at support@trusteddebthelp.org with the subject line "Do Not Call Request" and include your full name and phone number(s)
• Send a written request to our address on file

We will process your request within 30 days of receipt. After processing, you will not receive telemarketing calls from TrustedDebtHelp.org. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the request to take full effect across all our systems.

4. What We Will & Won't Do

We will:

• Honor all Do Not Call requests within 30 days
• Maintain your number on our internal Do Not Call list for a minimum of 5 years
• Identify ourselves clearly on every call
• Call only during permitted hours (8 AM to 9 PM in your local time zone)
• Provide our name, phone number, and the name of the company on whose behalf we are calling upon request

We will not:

• Call numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without prior express consent
• Use deceptive or misleading tactics
• Call before 8 AM or after 9 PM in your local time zone
• Ignore or delay processing of Do Not Call requests

5. Third-Party Partners

TrustedDebtHelp.org works with a network of vetted debt relief partners. If you have provided consent and are contacted by one of our partners, you may need to separately opt out from that partner's calling list. We require all partners to comply with applicable telemarketing laws as a condition of our relationship.

If you have concerns about calls from a specific partner who references TrustedDebtHelp.org, please contact us at (888) 458-3227 and we will investigate.

6. Filing a Complaint

If you believe your Do Not Call rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with:

• Federal Communications Commission (FCC): www.fcc.gov or 1-888-225-5322
• Your State Attorney General's Office
